In the fallout of the pandemic, we all have lot’s different people to say a #BIGTHANKYOU to...
From family members to key workers, good neighbours and volunteers to NHS staff... As a village, we would like to join the nation for #ThankYouDay on Sunday 4th July, and do something a little special too...
A first #BIGTHANKYOU to Revd Sally for organising this wonderful display of thanks!
The 2021 Railings Exhibition starting on 14th June
Create a piece of art around the "THANK YOU" them (A4 or A3) and drop it off in the box outside the Vicarage (17 Barclay Close). Revd Sally will then laminate them and put them up for everyone to see. Everyone is invited to join in, adults and kids alike. Let’s let everyone know how grateful we are for all they have done for us!
BIG THANK YOU
On Sunday 4th July at 12-noon we invite everyone in the village to gather as a community on the Village Green and spell out THANK YOU with posters and take a group photo. COVID-restrictions permitting, why not bring a picnic and hang out together, hopefully in the sun, for the afternoon?!
There will be a stall where you can write lots of thank you notes, with buckets marked ‘NHS’, ‘Help in the Heath’, ‘Postman’, ‘Supermarket Worker’ etc. Any notes we receive will be delivered to the relevant people, all together, with a copy of our group photo; an overwhelming thanks from all of us in Hertford Heath!!
We do hope that you can all join in the fun, celebrating each other and all those that have helped us in the last year.
