Mark Prisk MP
Mark Prisk MPMP for Hertford & Stortford

Mark lives in Much Hadham with his wife Lesley. A Chartered Surveyor, Mark ran his own business for 10 years before going into politics.

He was elected as MP for Hertford & Stortford in 2001 and since then has increased his majority from 5,000 (2001) to 19,000 (2017). He was Minister of State for Business & Enterprise 2010-2012 and then Minister of State for Housing 2012-2013, member of the Communities and Local Government Select Committee (2015-).

Mark Is a keen walker, choral singer and regularly attends St. Andrew’s Church, Much Hadham. He and his wife are keen rugby fans and enjoy theatre and cinema.

He personally supports a number of charities and local causes including in musical education, the hospice movement and the arts.

Jonathan Kaye
Jonathan KayeHertfordshire County Councillor

Jonathan was a councillor in North London for eight years where, as a Cabinet Member he was responsible for libraries, theatres and leisure centres.

He moved to East Hertfordshire in 2013 and he is also a district councillor and on Ware Town Council. He was Mayor of Ware from 2016 - 2017.

Jonathan is an experienced broadcast journalist and presenter having worked for the BBC and commercial radio.  He is also a media trainer for TV News London, working with business executives and leaders of prestigious public organisations

He lives in Ware with Kezia and he has two sons who went to school in Hertfordshire.
